Plant based, “clean and green label” is all the rave today and it is all over the media. From almond milk to veggie burgers we see an explosion of new products now hitting the market. There is also a movement towards phasing out single use plastic in packaging and finding sustainable alternatives.

  • What are driving these trends?
  • Who are the winners and losers within the Food and Agri industries?
  • What are the risks and opportunities for investors
  • How should they position themselves?

Coast Sullenger and Aymeric Poulain to present the vision of this important revolution in food and discuss what “the Future of Food” will look like.  They will draw parallels between today’s food industry and the biopharma sector a few years ago. This presentation will illustrate how the current “Food Revolution” coupled with the large food companies’ lack of innovation and an excellent deal environment may trigger a significant wave of M&A in the food industry – very much like the one observed in the pharmaceutical sector.
